    गोखरू – इसके बारे में बहुत कम लोगों ने ही सुना होगा। यह किसी भी पंसारी की दुकान से आसानी से मिल जाता है। आप इसको 250 ग्राम गोखरू कांटा को 4 लीटर में उबालें। जब पानी 1 लीटर रह जाए, तो इसे छानकर एक बोतल में रख लें। इस काढे को थोड़ा गुनगुना करके सुबह शाम 100 ग्राम पिएं। रोज सही समय पर इसका सेवन करने से किडनी रोगी का काफी फायदा होता है।
